The Haste game bit indicates that a Character does not need to pay Actions to attack.
Haste is a Gained Ability in Terrene Odyssey. Characters with Haste do not pay an Action to attack.
A Character cannot simultaneously have Haste and Slow. If receiving either Haste or Slow while under the influence of the opposite effect, the already existing effect is overwritten.
